Our story

The industry has a problem and you are paying for it.

One night, my wife came home from work, anxious. She'd overheard a conversation about how equity can trigger devastating tax bills. How could we navigate this?

Nobody had answers. Neither my niche degree in personal financial planning nor becoming a CFP® prepared me to address equity. Scouring online yielded little. Let's face it, financial professionals aren't prepared to handle equity.

I decided to change this.
